Someone needs to make a poster of that including the photo of the spud or an artistic rendition of it. I’d hang it in my house. Let me know when it’s ready.
My father and I laid out 20 rows 20 feet long one spring. It was pouring rain as we dropped each un-scabbed piece in the puddle before covering them. Every single one sprouted and gave us about 400 pounds of oddly shaped potatoes later that year. There was a drought that year, but I had an underground spring. Certainly organic, but considering that they were never watered by hand, would that be wet farmed or dry farmed?

ME TOO! Great post, Dave; great comment, Elaine!
